We here at the JCC at Milken are very proud that our agency has captured some truly outstanding awards and notoriety recently.  To begin with, our Early Childhood Program & one of our veteran teachers Marina Kogan just received the BJE's Lainer Award for Early Childhood Distinguished Teacher of the Year.  This outstanding honor was bestowed to Marina at the recent Southern California's Early Childhood Educators Conference.  Mazel Tov to her and also to our entire ECE staff for their excellence.

Our JCC also was just notified that we received national recognition by the JCC Association for two special community programs -- the "From Our Family Album - Tel Aviv 100", and the "An Uncommon Journey to Diversity" partnership exhibit.  These awards will be presented to us at the upcoming JCC Association Biennial held in Atlanta, Georgia.

Additionally, our JCC Fitness Center was just featured on the Daily News L.A.'s "All Good Things" blog - which can be read at  http://blogs.dailynews.com/allgoodthings/.  In this story, JCC member David Weiss has wonderful things to say about our "J" and our fitness staff.  It is a must read (and then please pass it on to your friends)! 

The bottom line is that people "near and far" are now taking notice that our JCC at Milken is producing high quality, truly outstanding programs and activities.  It is a priority of our  dedicated staff and volunteers to always exceed your expectations.  Judging by the recent accolades and recognition - we seem to be doing a very good job!
